Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of 75+ veterinary hospitals across the Northeast and Midwest, driving growth, profitability, and exceptional patient care.

This hands-on, strategic leader will travel approximately 75% and partner with hospital leadership to build engaged teams, optimize operations, and advance WVP's culture and programs in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large multi-state veterinary operations and driving financial performance.
• Experience building and leading high-performing operational teams across multiple sites.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to partner with clinical leaders to achieve growth and profitability.
• Ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive optimization of service mix, pricing, and margins.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and operate in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of 75+ veterinary hospitals across regions in the US.
• Lead divisional and regional leaders, fostering coaching, mentorship, and development programs.
• Set and exceed financial objectives in partnership with site and executive leadership.
• Identify metrics and drivers to optimize volume, service mix, and margins.
• Partner with departments to implement strategic programs supporting growth and integration of new sites.
