Job summary

TrueTrack Staffing seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations for a regional network of veterinary specialty and emergency hospitals. This role focuses on scaling, high-performing teams, and operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in veterinary hospital operations, experience running large single-site or multiple hospitals, and a proven track record in P&L ownership, budgeting, and growth initiatives. Relocation may be supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in veterinary hospital operations.
• Experience running large single-site ($10M+ revenue) or multiple hospitals.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with medical leadership to support a high-performing clinical environment.
• Own the hospital P&L, drive revenue growth, cost management and margins.
• Design workflows and processes to support scalability during growth.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment and retention for growth.
• Lead expansion initiatives with facilities, finance and HQ.
• Champion culture, engagement and client-first mindset.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Serve as HQ contact while operating autonomously day-to-day.
