Job summary

Retool Inc. seeks a platform-focused Product Manager to define and evolve infrastructure capabilities for enterprise AI-powered software and agents. You will partner with engineering on deployment, observability, and data connectivity while shaping API, IaC, and MCP surfaces for customers.

You will guide roadmap decisions, balance tradeoffs, and work with enterprise customers to turn recurring needs into scalable platform capabilities, building a product that scales with customer complexity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management in infra or enterprise software.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment products.
• Ability to influence architecture and tradeoffs with senior engineers.
• Proven track record turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap grounded in customer evidence and constraints.
• Lead projects from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering on deployment, observability, and security.
• Define success via deployment time, reliability, and enterprise adoption.
