Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Operations (CRE) to lead initiatives within Asset Services and to provide strategic and tactical decisions for platform tools and resources. You will collaborate with leadership and geographic markets to ensure high-quality service aligned with Cushman & Wakefield’s standards.

In this role, you will drive operational execution, manage a direct report, and liaise with HR, Finance, and IT to deploy enhancements and training across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Property Management Experience; experience in commercial real estate and accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and deploy best practices across the Asset Services business.
• Partner with internal service lines, key stakeholders, geographic city leads to ensure execution and client satisfaction; drive tenant satisfaction assessments.
• Liaise between Asset Services operations and HR, Finance, and IT Operations teams.
• Represent Asset Services and serve as project coordinator on development and deployment of tools and resources, including technology enhancements.
• Participate in calls and meetings relative to Asset Services projects; represent the service line on initiatives in process or future deployment.
• Assist in developing key initiatives and achieving goals as directed by Asset Services leadership.
• Develop business cases for platform enhancements for stakeholder approval.
• Make recommendations, establish solutions, and resolve issues for current or future tools supporting Asset Services growth.
• Educate and guide Asset Services on platform resources and deployment of new tools.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting, Transitions and Quality Control and Training/CAM Analyst teams on tool development; coordinate training resources for geographic markets.
• Manage the daily tasks/activities of a direct report (analyst).
• Minimal travel required.
