Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Operations (CRE) to lead and optimize Asset Services initiatives. You will drive strategy, develop tools and resources, and partner with leadership across markets to ensure top-tier service and execution.

The role requires 10+ years in property management, CRE experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree is required, with minimal travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property Management Experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate and accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and deploy best practices across the Asset Services business.
• Partner with internal service lines, geographic city leads to ensure client satisfaction and drive distribution, participation, and reviews of tenant assessments.
• Liaise between Asset Services operations and HR, Finance, and IT Operations teams.
• Represent Asset Services as project coordinator on tool/resource development and deployment.
• Participate in calls/meetings on initiatives and projects in process or planned for future deployment.
• Develop key initiatives and achieve goals as directed by Asset Services leadership.
• Develop business cases for platform enhancements for stakeholder approval.
• Make recommendations and resolve issues regarding current or future tools for growth.
• Educate Asset Services on platform resources and deployment of new tools.
• Collaborate with Client Accounting, Transitions, Quality Control, Training/CAM analysts on tools and training deployment.
