Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Director (CRE) to lead market operations and ensure aligned service delivery for national/local accounts in Oakland. You will coordinate client communications, budgets, and reporting, working with Property Managers to optimize building performance.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive CRE experience, and proficiency with finance and budgeting processes. A real estate license and CPM/RPA credentials are advantageous within this senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required.
• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPM and/or RPA experience in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for markets which are geographically or functionally distinct and demonstrate ability to implement business unit strategy.
• Develop and maintain both a communication style and relationship that fits the client’s preferred style.
• Demonstrate proactive customer service regarding all aspects of account management.
• Communicate proactively, first when performance is not meeting expectations, and second when performance meets or exceeds expectations.
• Regularly associate with tenants to ensure their satisfaction with building operations and interact with Property Manager on problems.
• Prepare reports, annual budgets, and other documents for clients per management agreements and client instruction.
