• Implement and maintain new features, improve quality of technical products and services.
• Follow industry practices and contribute to communities of practice for continuous improvement.
• Automate processes to achieve operational excellence and create maintainable solutions.
• Keep up with technology trends and provide operational support for team products and services.
• Provide coaching and training for less experienced team members.
