Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury management or lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, designs, and testable outcomes.
• Create and review data mappings and API specifications.
• Develop intermediate SQL queries to validate data and support testing.
• Provide production support and document operational procedures.
