Job summary

You will coordinate releases, manage vendor contracts, lead testing and QA, monitor performance, and collaborate with product, IT, and compliance to uphold regulatory standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing digital platforms or operations in financial services or a related industry.
• 6+ years of experience in release management, vendor relations, and defect resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all digital platforms to ensure seamless customer experience and high system availability.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage relationships with platform vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate platform releases, enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
• Develop and execute testing plans for new releases, ensuring functionality and minimizing disruptions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage system updates and resolve compatibility issues.
• Track and prioritize defects, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for remediation.
• Act as primary escalation point for platform-related issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Interface with third-party vendors, manage contracts, SLAs, and ongoing relationships.
