Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Operational Data Analyst to join the Operational Analytics team in Denver, CO. You will identify and track key metrics for Fraud, Account Operations, Customer Service, and Vendor Management, and build dashboards with SQL, Python, and Looker to enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations to support incident response, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives, helping scale Platform Services while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate platform operations and system performance using data analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define and build dashboards and reports with SQL, Python, and Looker for monitoring performance.
• Break down complex systems to identify drivers, constraints, and bottlenecks; investigate incidents and trends.
• Aggregate and analyze data to support incident response and regulatory inquiries.
