Job summary

Imagine in Minnesota is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships within the System Operations and Client Services teams. You will manage client data, catalogs, pricing, and multi-location programs to ensure accuracy and scalable fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in print, direct mail or signage, excellent communication, and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study.
• 5 years of Account Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail and/or signage.

Responsibilities

• Manage client data, locations, products, profiles, budgets, searches, attributes, brands, and related system configurations.
• Configure and maintain Dotti Shop functionality, including catalogs, categories, offers, pricing structures, discounts, customizable items, and variable-data solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, settings, and media assets for platform governance.
• Test system releases, validate functionality, and implement new platform features and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Production and cross-functional teams to align technology with manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution requirements.
