Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp seeks an Associate Director of Quality to partner with the Quality Team Lead and drive the development and deployment of the Quality Management System, training programs, and digital quality tools across PV and BESS projects.

The role bridges field operations with corporate quality strategy, requiring strong technical writing, detail orientation, and the ability to foster cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, construction, safety, commissioning, and operations.

Qualifications

• ,Minimum of 10 years of progressive quality management experience.
• Experience administering Quality Management Systems (QMS) and leading departmental initiatives.
• Authoring and maintaining Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Inspection Checklists.
• Proficiency with project quality documentation and ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute QMS development initiatives aligned with strategic plans.
• Author and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Design and coordinate Quality Training Programs for staff and stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and digital tools in Procore, SharePoint and Power BI to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality workflows through audits, reporting, and records management.
