Job summary

Lucie, Inc. is seeking an Platform Onboarding Support Specialist to help new users get started with a digital platform. The role combines onboarding, training, and technical support in a hybrid setting with Akron, OH office time and remote work opportunities.

You will guide users through account setup, feature demonstrations, and best practices while collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, or technical support roles.
• Experience training users via live sessions or webinars.
• Ability to configure accounts, integrations, and basic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide new users through onboarding and training sessions.
• Assist with account setup, profiles, and basic integrations.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate as needed.
• Create and update onboarding materials and guides.
• Engage with users to drive adoption and collect feedback.
