Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a Learning Experience Designer for our Customer Education team. You will design, script, and develop learning experiences that empower users to adopt Lucid Suite and build mastery, from onboarding to advanced workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other SMEs to create practical, human-centered content. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-person collaboration at our South Jordan office two days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in adult learning, digital learning, instructional design or UX research.
• Portfolio showing strong visual communication and instructional design samples.
• Ability to translate technical products into human-centered learning experiences.
• Ability to synthesize feedback and performance data to improve learning.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Parta, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia).
• Comfort with AI-enabled learning design and hybrid collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, script, and produce a broad catalog of learning resources including webinars, tutorials, and videos.
• Design end-to-end learning experiences to onboard customers and accelerate adoption.
• Update materials as Lucid Suite features and UI change.
• Create scalable, reusable learning assets across customer touchpoints.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Lucid Suite and align with the product roadmap.
