Job summary

HelloTeam is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to deliver end-to-end client support, onboarding, and training for our HR platform. You will serve as the primary contact, guiding clients from onboarding through ongoing use and issue resolution to ensure a successful platform experience.

Collaborating cross-functionally to address escalations, document interactions, and drive client adoption, you will need strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, solutions-oriented

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills including business writing.
• Software and environment trouble‑shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Solid understanding of basic computer functions and ability to teach/train users.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, and support requests).
• Support client onboarding and implementation by conducting training sessions and guiding platform setup and configuration.
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing clear, timely resolutions.
