Job summary

VERSANT Media is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Time and Workforce Management components. You will lead hands-on, cross-functional teams delivering SAAS and PAAS solutions, partnering with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Broadcast operations.

The role focuses on platform standards, scalable architectures, and secure integrations, while driving DevOps practices, code quality, and continuous improvement across the engineering

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with leadership of medium to large teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with full-stack architecture and development practices.
• Proven delivery of complex enterprise applications with multiple integrations to SAAS platforms.
• Experience leading agile teams and CI/CD/DevOps delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define platform standards, patterns, and roadmaps across Time and Workforce domains.
• Design scalable, secure SAAS solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to deployment and support.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and environment management.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance with stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and lead a blended team of internal and contracted resources.
