Job summary

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation is seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Lottery Gaming Systems to lead our Gaming System operations and ensure system integrity, efficiency, and compliance with industry best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one year supervisory or project lead experience with team oversight.
Experience with lottery or gaming systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

Leads oversight of Gaming System Vendors and ensures effective collaboration regarding system operations, changes, and enhancements.
Oversees acceptance testing and change management for the lottery gaming system, retailer terminals, iLottery, Second Chance Platform, ICC, and related systems.
Ensures testing activities meet industry standards, including test plan development, execution, documentation, and issue remediation.
Prepares reports related to vendor performance, failover testing, and contractual compliance.
