Job summary

Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) is seeking a Manager, Lottery Gaming Systems to lead the core operational evolution of the lottery gaming platform. You will oversee the gaming system’s integrity and performance, directing QA, UAT, change management, and vendor collaborations to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

The role reports to the Director of Lottery Gaming Systems within the Operations Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or project lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads oversight of Gaming System Vendors and ensures collaboration on operations, changes, and enhancements.
• Oversees acceptance testing and change management for the lottery gaming system, retailer terminals, iLottery, Second Chance Platform, ICS, and related systems.
• Ensures testing activities meet standards, including test plan development, execution, documentation, and issue remediation.
• Prepares reports on vendor failover testing, capability assessments, and contract compliance.
