Job summary

Connecticut Lottery Corporation seeks a Manager, Lottery Gaming Systems to lead the operation and enhancement of the Lottery Gaming System. You will oversee QA, testing, vendor engagement, and process improvements to ensure reliability, security, and regulatory alignment.

Reporting to the Director of Lottery Gaming Systems, you will guide staff, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives within the Operations Division.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum three years of experience.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory or project lead experience.
• Prior lottery experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of Gaming System Vendors and ensures effective collaboration.
• Oversee acceptance testing and change management for the lottery gaming system and related platforms.
• Develop specifications, release notes, trackers, and documentation.
• Trains staff on operation of systems and documentation practices.
