Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Customer Success Integration Manager in Round Rock, TX to liaison between clients and internal teams, driving platform initiatives and governance. The role requires 5+ years in technical program management, platform enablement, or enterprise technology delivery, coordinating end-to-end setup, deployment, and governance of enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities span coordination with governance boards, data validation, access management, and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading technical infrastructure/ platform engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and security controls.
• Familiarity with ARB processes, enterprise governance, and IT risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-team technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with governance review boards and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end setup, deployment, and governance of platforms.
• Manage access provisioning and data source connectivity across environments.
• Oversee CI/CD and DevSecOps integration in GitLab and related tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and organizational standards.
