Job summary

Orion Security is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to lead customer implementations and act as a trusted technical advisor. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to help enterprise customers effectively deploy and scale our platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across cloud environments and APIs, and will be comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Engineer or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting customers in cybersecurity or identity management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and customer enablement resources.
