Job summary

Intuit in Mountain View seeks a Director of Product Management for Core Platform and Operational Excellence to shape the vision for our platform and its reliability at scale. You will lead a ~25-30 person team and drive multi-year roadmaps with a strong focus on developer productivity and platform adoption.

You will own data-driven prioritization, partner with Platform Development, and influence senior leadership to deliver measurable business impact across a large engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or technical program leadership for platform/infrastructure
• 5+ years leading platform PM teams, including managing managers
• Deep technical acumen in cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, service mesh, observability
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and operating at scale
• Track record of driving platform adoption across a large engineering organization
• Excellent people management and collaboration in a matrix organization
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for Core Platform and Operational Excellence with a multi-year roadmap
• Grow and develop a high-performing team of ~25-30; attract and retain PM/XD talent across M3 managers
• Partner with PD engineering to drive platform reliability, performance, and adoption metrics
• Take a data-driven approach to prioritizing platform investments
• Drive platform adoption across Intuit with BU engineering teams
• Champion operational rigor and reliability culture across platform teams
• Represent platform capabilities to senior leadership and translate investments into business value
• Collaborate with adjacent platform teams to ensure a coherent experience
