Sentry is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and evolution of critical platforms powering our enterprise IT operations. You’ll oversee platforms spanning messaging, observability, workload automation, and secure data exchange while collaborating across technologies.

You will guide a high-performing team through agile development, automation, and strategic initiatives, with a hybrid work model and strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale solutions that support core technology pillars.
• Awareness of multiple public cloud providers, self-service concepts, automation frameworks, and DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Successful track record of solution delivery and project management practices.
• Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure & Platform Engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Automate and improve infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service within IT operations.
• Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and enforce practices to maintain availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Manage 3rd party relationships from procurement to value realization.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and evaluate applicability to the business.
