Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and evolution of the platforms powering our enterprise IT operations.

You will guide automation, self-service initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across technologies like RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace, Control-M, and Valkey. The role embraces an agile environment and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale solutions that support core technology pillars within Technology & Infrastructure Services.
• Awareness of public cloud providers, understanding of self-service concepts, automation frameworks, and DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of solution delivery and experience with project management practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly to appropriate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to automate and improve infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service within IT operations.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and implement practices to maintain operational availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Manage 3rd party relationships from procurement to value realization.
• Stay aware of technology trends and assess their applicability to the business.
