Sentry is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and evolution of critical platforms powering enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale solutions that support core technology pillars within Technology & Infrastructure Services.
• Awareness of multiple public cloud providers, self-service concepts, automation frameworks, and DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Successful track record of solution delivery and project management practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure & platform engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Automate and improve infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and implement practices to maintain availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Manage 3rd party relationships from procurement to value realization.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and assess their applicability to the business.
