Sentry is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for reliability and performance across enterprise platforms. This role emphasizes automation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic technology direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale solutions that support core technology pillars within IT.
• Awareness of cloud providers, self-service concepts, automation frameworks, and DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Successful track record of solution delivery and experience with project management practices.
• Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Platform Engineers responsible for reliability, performance, and evolution of critical platforms.
• Automate and improve infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service within IT operations.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Design, implement, and execute practices to maintain availability, performance, security, and cost effectiveness.
• Actively manage 3rd party relationships from procurement, vendor performance, and value realization.
• Stay aware of latest technology trends and evaluate applicability to the business.
