Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and evolution of critical platforms and infrastructure powering enterprise IT operations. You will oversee platforms across messaging, observability, workload automation, and data exchange, collaborating with teams across RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace, Control-M, and Valkey.

You will drive automation, self-service capabilities, and scalable infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership and problem solving skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Automate and improve infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service in IT operations.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects within scope, budget and timeline.
• Define practices to maintain availability, performance, security and cost effectiveness.
• Manage 3rd party relationships from procurement to value realization.
• Stay aware of technology trends and assess applicability to the business.
