Rippling in Austin is seeking a Sr. Manager, Platform Implementations to lead a 20+ team and 3 managers, delivering platform onboarding across reports, workflows, apps, and dashboards. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS to refine processes and ensure scalable implementations.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, proven ability to manage high-performing teams, scale operations, and maintain rigorous SLAs, all while driving customer impact and reducing ambiguity.
