Rippling is seeking a Sr. Manager, Platform Implementations to lead a 20+-person team and 3 Managers, driving end-to-end platform onboarding across the client base. You will oversee Custom Reports, Workflows, Apps, SOWs, Dashboards, Analytics, and foundational capabilities to support AI.

Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine processes and scale implementations. The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong track record managing high-performing teams,

Competenze

• 10+ years leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment.
• At least 2+ years of experience leading and developing people managers.
• Deep understanding of systems and operations with B2B or B2C products.
• Proven track record of hiring and overseeing distributed teams.
• Proven ability to scale teams while maintaining SLAs and performance metrics.
• A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive with initiative and follow-through.
• Strong communicator with ability to work with diverse groups inside/outside the company.

• Own the strategy and execution of Platform implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks, act as escalation point for complex implementations.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams for seamless transitions across teams.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics.
• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams to meet monthly goals.
• Create and optimize playbooks, tooling, and frameworks for consistency.
• Drive best practices in project and change management and client communication.
• Foster a culture focused on customer delight and product adoption.
