Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Sr. Manager of IT Implementations to lead a 25+ person team focused on delivering IT solutions across Rippling’s client base.

You will own post-sales delivery strategy and drive onboarding of IT product offerings such as Identity and Access Management, Device Management, and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing professional services or client-facing implementation teams, including managers building processes, operating with rigor, and

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Professional Services or delivery leadership within a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment.
• At least two years leading and developing people managers in a customer-facing org.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a global team of managers, team leads and specialists.
• Own strategy and execution of IT SaaS product implementations from client kickoff through go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate complex implementations and technical issues.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve delivery processes and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless transitions across stages.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics.
• Build and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams delivering high-quality implementations.
• Create and optimize playbooks, tooling, and frameworks for consistency and scalability.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project management, change management, and client communications.
• Foster a customer-delight culture and maximize product adoption.
