Macmillan Learning is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform, to shape go-to-market for core digital platforms. You will turn technical capabilities and market insights into positioning, messaging, and high-impact sales enablement tools that drive educator and student value.

You'll lead cross-functional launch teams, develop audience-focused messaging, and synthesize customer feedback to inform roadmaps and demand generation while mentoring a small team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of product marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, or delegating work to team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Proven strategic and analytical thinking to synthesize customer data and market trends.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technology platforms to drive adoption and revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams to position new platforms, features, and capabilities.
• Create audience-segmented positioning, personas, and messaging frameworks with use cases and storytelling.
• Synthesize customer feedback, adopter flows, and competitive research to inform roadmaps and demand generation.
• Partner with Field Marketing and Sales to design standardized sales enablement tools (battlecards, guides, decks).
• Mentor and supervise a team of three marketing professionals, setting priorities and coaching growth.
