FICO is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Governance & Compliance to set governance, risk, and regulatory strategy for the platform. You will lead as the credentialed authority on administration, access controls, and auditability across enterprise deployments, representing the strategy to executives, customers, regulators and auditors.

• In-depth governance and compliance leadership in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to define platform governance strategy and drive execution.
• Experience communicating with C‑suite, boards, regulators, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the platform governance strategy across governance, control and administration.
• Bridge governance discussions with executives, legal, risk, customers and auditors.
• Set risk-adjusted prioritization frameworks and drive trade-offs between growth and regulatory exposure.
• Manage and mentor the Platform Governance & Compliance team and ensure audit-readiness.
