Job summary

AbsenceSoft is seeking a Senior Director of Product - Compliance & Platform to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the compliance engine and enterprise-scale platform. You will lead product managers, domain experts, and platform leaders, guiding strategy, prototyping, and customer engagement from strategy to delivery.

You will extend compliance coverage across jurisdictions, set the platform direction for enterprise customers, and drive AI-enabled innovation with governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management.
• 5+ years leading product managers or managers.
• Experience owning a compliance/regulatory product at enterprise scale.
• Experience owning a multi-tenant enterprise platform (identity, integrations, APIs, data).
• Track record shipping complex products on committed dates for demanding enterprise customers.
• Experience shipping AI features with governance in accuracy-critical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and results for compliance and platform.
• Develop a unified plan with PMs and domain experts.
• Extend compliance coverage as laws change across jurisdictions.
• Set direction for an enterprise-scale platform including configurations, identities, integrations, and data.
• Build, coach, and develop a team of product leaders and managers.
• Maintain high delivery standards with Engineering and integrate AI with governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Finance; represent to executives and customers.
