Page Executive in New York seeks a senior leader to shape regulatory strategy and oversee enterprise risk management across a multi-jurisdiction platform. You will engage with regulators, directors, and senior teams to align policies with evolving frameworks and maintain robust control environments.

You will lead risk, compliance, and governance programs, drive continuous improvement, and mentor distributed teams to balance growth with disciplined risk management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree required; advanced qualification in risk/compliance is advantageous.
• Certifications in risk, compliance, or finance are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage a forward-looking compliance strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee licensing, regulatory obligations, and adherence to evolving frameworks.
• Act as primary contact for supervisory bodies, including reviews, inspections, and enquiries.
• Establish and continuously enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across a broad range of investment products and structures.
• Design and implement a firmwide risk management architecture with governance and reporting.
• Maintain a consistent approach to identifying, evaluating, and mitigating key risks.
• Develop scalable tools like risk registers, self-assessments, and monitoring frameworks.
• Deliver insights to executives on emerging risks and mitigation actions.
• Support governance forums and risk committees with clear reporting.
