Outside is seeking an Engineering Manager for Foundational Services. You will manage two groups of engineers delivering shared services used by all products, shaping login, account updates, and benefits access.

You will set technical strategy with product and design, mentor teams, drive roadmaps, and model modern engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and performance metrics. This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary in the United States.
