Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading front- and back-end engineers across disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
• Experience owning platform, DevOps, security, or developer tooling initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• AI literacy with ability to apply AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on delivery and people development.
• Own recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to strengthen the team.
• Define and drive the team’s technical roadmap and priorities.
• Balance roadmaps with product priorities and communicate trade-offs.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of coaching and collaboration.
• Ensure security, CI/CD, and tooling standards across teams.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure on shared platform concerns.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across the org.
