Motion is seeking a Platform Expert to be the face of the company in Slack and in-app chat, helping clients resolve issues and find information quickly. You will bridge engineering and customer success to ensure timely resolutions and capture client feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and translate feedback into product ideas.
• Ownership mindset with ability to craft helpful guides and knowledge-base content.

Responsibilities

• Help clients resolve issues via Slack, in-app chat, and email; troubleshoot and coordinate with engineers on solutions.
• Be the source of truth for internal technical questions and platform capabilities.
• Advocate for clients by translating feedback into actionable product ideas for the team.
• Own the knowledge base; create clear, easy-to-follow guides for common questions.
