Job summary

Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to head a small team maintaining a developer‑facing platform, APIs, SDKs, and integration surfaces used by creators and partners. You’ll shape technical direction and balance reliability with scalability across multiple services.

You’ll work with Product and cross‑functional partners, guiding architecture, roadmaps, and execution while mentoring engineers toward technical excellence. Fully remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager or tech lead.
• Experience building platform/API/tools used by developers or third parties.
• Strong backend experience with Go or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of engineers who build and operate APIs, integrations, and tools for the developer platform.
• Own the evolution of the developer SDK and supporting tooling.
• Manage the app directory lifecycle from listing to review and publish.
• Make architecture decisions across services balancing reliability and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers on technical decisions, execution, and growth.
