Prolific is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Platform and SRE teams, shaping reliable, scalable human data infrastructure for AI initiatives. You will drive platform strategy, security, and developer experience while maintaining high ownership and cross-team collaboration.

You will align on SRE practices, manage infrastructure roadmaps, and champion a culture of engineering excellence, velocity, and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure leadership with a track record of scaling platforms.
• Deep experience in GCP, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.
• Strong SRE, observability, and incident management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and growth opportunities for Platform teams.
• Set strategy for infrastructure and managed services, incl. Kubernetes.
• Embed SRE practices, define SLOs/SLAs and improve reliability.
• Own the developer platform with self-service tooling and roadmap.
• Translate complex tech decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
