Job summary

RapidRatings International Inc. is seeking a deeply technical senior leader to own the cloud platform, resilience, security posture, and AI infrastructure powering our products.

You will steer the SRE team, bridge cloud architecture with high-scale systems, and elevate operational excellence across AI-enabled platforms. You will own paved-road infrastructure, guardrails, and cost-aware design while mentoring distributed squads.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes (EKS) at scale essential for platform reliability.
• AWS stack mastery including EKS/ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB and IaC tooling.
• Strong Linux internals, networking, performance tuning, and distributed systems know‑how.
• Experience implementing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for platform tooling and telemetry.
• Hands-on exposure to model-hosting patterns and LLM orchestration infrastructure.
• Track record of leading distributed SRE/infrastructure teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-availability, multi-region AWS infrastructure for scale and resilience.
• Lead SRE function with telemetry, SLOs, and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive self-healing automation to reduce toil and MTTR.
• Build and operate model-serving, routing pipelines, and governance for AI agents.
• Own security posture and embed SOC 2 II and ISO 27001 controls in code.
• Design self-service platforms enabling secure, frictionless engineering workflows and FinOps.
