Genius AI in the New York area is seeking an Engineering Manager for Platform teams. You will own end-to-end engineering quality, team health, and the outcomes your team drives for the services we support.

You’ll lead tier-zero systems—identity, permissions, session management, and messaging infrastructure—working closely with Product and Design to set direction, architecture, and priorities. Hybrid work with in‑office days required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience
• Experience scaling platform teams and systems
• Strong AI/ML tooling awareness and practical application

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for the platform team
• Maintain engineering quality and team health
• Partner with Product and Design to plan and ship
• Lead tier-zero systems: identity, permissions, session management, messaging
• Hire and develop engineers; build a high-performing team
