Genius AI is expanding its engineering organization and seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams, set technical direction, and tie engineering work to business outcomes. You will report to the Director of Engineering and operate in a hybrid model, commuting to NYC with in-office days.

Build and mentor engineers, partner with product and design, and drive 0-to-1 initiatives. You will shape platform needs, ensure quality, and raise the bar for execution across teams, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows.
• Strong architectural judgment and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Customer-focused with ability to align engineering with outcomes.
• Proven track record of ship-from-0-to-1 with product/design partners.
• Experience developing engineers for future leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own execution across multiple teams, aligning priorities and maintaining a high quality bar.
• Embed AI tooling into team workflows to accelerate development.
