Job summary

Versant Health is seeking a senior Platform/DevOps leader in the United States to own CI/CD and platform responsibilities. You will standardize pipelines, drive automation, and govern API platforms with Axway and Cloudflare, while leading the release lifecycle and securing delivery processes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and SRE teams to implement secure, scalable delivery practices and foster a high‑performing DevOps culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Bitbucket (Git), GitHub (Git), TeamCity (CI), Octopus Deploy (release management).
• Experience with Axway API Management, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes/OpenShift preferred.
• Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, edge security) and CI/CD governance.
• DevSecOps experience and security‑driven release practices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery toolchain and standardize pipelines, templates, and deployment patterns.
• Define end‑to‑end environment strategy, IaC provisioning, and parity across stages.
• Lead migration of source control and CI/CD workflows to modern platforms.
• Oversee API platform governance with Axway and Cloudflare integration.
• Embed security into pipelines (SAST/DAST) and enforce policy‑as‑code.
• Own end‑to‑end release lifecycle, gates, rollbacks, and compliance alignment.
• Provide leadership to Platform/DevOps/Release teams and collaborate across stakeholders.
