Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating enterprise‑grade CI/CD platforms across hybrid AWS and on‑prem environments. You will drive platform standardization and progressive delivery to enable high‑quality software delivery at scale.

You will lead reliability engineering, security‑by‑design, observability, and governance across the release pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on DevOps experience with enterprise CI/CD platforms.
• Experience across AWS and on-prem environments and data centers.
• Strong background in security-by-design and release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate a standardized CI/CD framework across hybrid environments.
• Define promotion workflows with quality gates and artifact immutability.
• Establish controlled environments and ensure parity between AWS and on‑prem.
• Maintain release traceability from commit to production and automate rollbacks.
• Support observability and incident response integration in pipelines.
