Qualifications

• Explore and apply GenAI techniques to solve complex challenges.
• Partner with Operations and Compliance to maximize impact.
• Build and manage engineering teams in the Compliance domain.
• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems including cloud-based tools.
• Design scalable systems with modern cloud tech and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a quarterly roadmap.
• Coach team members on design principles and coding standards.
• Review security, scalability, and architectural integrity of designs.
