Job summary

Kaizen Approach is seeking a Platform Engineer (Level 2) to support enterprise hosting and enhanced eVDI in a secure federal environment. You will configure, integrate, and maintain virtual and physical systems that enable mission-critical operations across classified networks.

Qualifications

Experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining Citrix, Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.
Experience scripting, provisioning, and configuration management for enterprise hosting platforms.
Troubleshooting eVDI performance, connectivity, and configuration.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise Citrix users and back-end systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate apps into enterprise virtual environments.
System performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
Network solutions: load balancing, VPNs, NAT where appropriate.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with ten years' experience; four additional years may substitute for a degree.
DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher certification.
Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph required.
