Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a VDI Engineer to design, test, and implement Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler for a large government enterprise. The role focuses on VDI lifecycle management, Azure Virtual Desktop design, and secure, compliant deployment across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will interact with government stakeholders, configure AVD on Windows Server, and provide advanced support while documenting procedures and keeping systems secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• 7+ years minimum experience in VDI/IT infrastructure
• Experience with Citrix and virtualization technologies

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, test, implement, maintain and secure Citrix Xen Desktop and NetScaler in large Enterprise
• Design and support Microsoft infra, including Azure Virtual Desktop, on-prem, cloud and hybrid
• Engage with Government stakeholders on technical issues
• Engineer, mitigate, monitor, and tune VDI for ATO readiness
• Manage Citrix products: Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, ADC, Provisioning
• Operate and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop on Windows Server 2019/2022
• Provide Tier 3+ support and RCA as needed
• Prepare and maintain documentation for VDI solutions and processes
