Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer (Level 2) in Maryland to support enterprise hosting environments and eVDI systems. The role involves configuring and maintaining systems, providing technical support, and collaborating with engineers. Qualifications

• Experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining systems within Citrix, Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.
• Experience performing software scripting and configuration management for enterprise hosting platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting eVDI performance and connectivity issues.
• Ability to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise users.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to integrate applications in virtual environments.
• Experience conducting system performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Experience implementing load balancing and VPN solutions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
