Qualifications
Experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining systems within Citrix, Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.
Experience performing software scripting and configuration management for enterprise hosting platforms.
Experience troubleshooting eVDI performance and connectivity issues.
Ability to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise users.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to integrate applications in virtual environments.
Experience conducting system performance analysis and capacity planning.
Experience implementing load balancing and VPN solutions.
Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
Responsibilities
