Job summary

Google Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with technical Sales teams, serving as the customer’s primary technical partner and trusted advisor.

You will engage in technical-led conversations to understand business challenges, troubleshoot issues, run proofs of concepts, and design cross-pillar cloud solutions that address those challenges. You will drive technical wins and define delivery and consumption plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
• Architect solutions leveraging Gemini Enterprise to automate workflows.
• Drive technical adoption and manage POC work for AI agents.
• Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Educate partners/customers on Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to drive innovation and market adoption.
