Job summary

RapidRatings is seeking a deeply technical senior leader to own the cloud platform, resilience, security posture, and AI infrastructure powering our products. You will bridge low-level cloud architecture with platform engineering and lead the SRE team to raise the bar for operational excellence.

You will architect multi-region AWS infrastructure, drive SRE practices, and build self-service tooling so engineering squads ship securely and efficiently while optimizing cloud costs across global

Qualifications

• Production Kubernetes (EKS) at scale experience.
• Deep AWS native stack expertise (EKS/ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB) and IaC.
• Strong Linux internals, networking, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
• Experience implementing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls in cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency in Python/Go/Bash for platform tooling.
• Hands-on AI/LLM hosting patterns, vector DBs, API gateways, and orchestration.
• Leadership in distributed SRE/infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS architecture and multi-region infrastructure for scale, latency, resilience.
• Lead SRE to implement telemetry, SLOs, and blameless post-incident reviews; drive self-healing automation.
• Build and operate AI infrastructure including model-serving, routing pipelines, and governance.
